Alphabet Appoints Google CEO to Insider-Heavy Board

CNBC: Alphabet, the parent company of Google, said that Google CEO Sundar Pichai has joined its board of directors. The addition of Pichai adds another company officer to the board, which already includes Larry Page, Sergey Brin and Eric Schmidt.
