Hearst Joins Trend of ‘Mega Clustering’ in Newspapers

TheStreet: Just last month, Hearst completed its own mega cluster in Connecticut. The media giant now owns a majority of the dailies in the Nutmeg State — seven of 13 — and may have its sights set on the state’s largest paper, the Hartford Courant.
