KBIA: McClatchy’s Kansas City Star plans to enter into a sale-leaseback agreement with its Press Pavilion. It will continue to print what has become a stable of products. The Star eventually plans to consolidate its remaining workforce in the Pavilion, leaving behind the historic headquarters it has occupied since 1911.
