Tronc Nabs Sun-Times Editor-Publisher for Digital Post

Chicago Tribune: Jim Kirk, editor and publisher of the Chicago Sun-Times, is leaving the paper to join Tronc, the Chicago Tribune’s parent company. Kirk will become senior vice president of strategic initiatives, reporting to Tim Knight, president of TroncX, the company’s digital division.
