McClatchy Heir Seeking $400 Million in Family Trust Battle

Sacramento Business Journal: A member of the McClatchy family is suing Associated Press CEO Gary Pruitt and several other former and current McClatchy directors, claiming they mismanaged a McClatchy family trust that used to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Carlos McClatchy is seeking more than $400 million in damages.
