Roku Sets Price for IPO Valuing Company at $1.3 Billion

MarketWatch: Roku is said to have priced its initial public offering at $14 per share on Wednesday. The company is set to list on Nasdaq under the ticker “ROKU” and should begin trading Thursday. The company will raise $219 million in funding at a value of $1.3 billion.
