Tronc Shuts Down Weekly Baltimore City Paper After 40 Years

Washington Post: After 40 years, the date of the last issue of the Baltimore City Paper is Nov. 1. The owner, Baltimore Sun Media Group, a subsidiary of Tronc — the media company formerly known as Tribune Publishing — says the City Paper doesn’t make enough money.
