New York Post: With Disney’s stunning $52.4 billion acquisition of most of the assets of Fox’s global entertainment company, Twenty-first Century Fox will spin off $8 billion of assets, including the Fox News Channel, into a new company being referred to as New Fox. It likely will be called simply Fox.
