Hearst to Lay Off 145 Rodale Staffers, Drop Rodale Name

New York Post: There will be 145 people laid off at Rodale, the Emmaus, Pa., publisher of Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World and other titles recently acquired by Hearst. New York-based Hearst closed the deal on Jan. 2, but the pink slips did not begin flying until last week.
