AT&T, Chernin Buy Out Owners of Fullscreen, Crunchyroll

Variety: Otter Media, the internet video joint-venture between AT&T and the Chernin Group, has bought out the remaining stakeholders in Fullscreen and Ellation, the corporate parent of Crunchyroll. Otter already owned a majority stake in both companies.
