Thomson Reuters Inks Deal to Sell Major Stake in Unit

Reuters: Thomson Reuters has approved a deal for Blackstone Group to acquire a major stake in the news company’s financial and risk business. The $20 billion deal pits Blackstone co-founder Stephen Schwarzman against fellow billionaire and former New York mayor Michael Bloomberg.
