Time Inc Near Deal to Sell UK Publisher After Long Delay

New York Post: The much-delayed sale of Time Inc. UK is close to being finalized. The buyer is said to be Epiris, a London private equity firm headed by Alex Fortescue. The British publisher was still known as IPC back in 2001 when Time Warner agreed to buy it for $1.6 billion.
