UBM Sells Off MR Magazine, Other Custom Publications

MR Magazine: London-based trade show and events company UBM, the parent company of MR Magazine for the past two years, has announced that it is selling the print publication, website and related businesses to Montvale, NJ-based Wainscot Media. Also included in the deal are the 25 custom magazines.
