Dish Says AT&T-Time Warner Would Hurt Rivals in Pay TV

The Street: The head of Dish Network’s online cable TV network bundle testified in the government’s trial to block AT&T’s purchase of Time Warner. Post-merger negotiations would be “lose-lose for us, win-win for them.” Time Warner could win by charging higher rates.
