GateHouse Acquires Akron Beacon Journal, Ohio.com Site

Akron Beacon Journal: GateHouse Media will buy the Beacon Journal newspaper, including website Ohio.com, from Canadian publisher Black Press in a deal expected to close no later than June 30. The sale price was said to be $16 million.
