Tronc Considers Sale of Chicago Tribune, New York Daily News

Nieman Lab: Even as Tronc dispatches its California holdings, sources say the company has been talking to potential acquirers of nine other properties. Those properties include the Chicago Tribune, the New York Daily News, the Baltimore Sun, the Hartford Courant and two big Florida properties.
