Disney to Face Big Decisions After Victory in Takeover of Fox

Bloomberg: Disney’s quest to acquire the entertainment assets of 21st Century Fox is nearly over. But both companies still have big decisions to make. With the deal, Disney inherits Fox’s 39 percent stake in Sky and will have to decide whether to bid for the whole company or let Comcast take over.
