Dennis Publishing in Sale Deal with Private Equity’s Exponent

Press Gazette: The private equity firm that created Immediate Media and Gorkana Group has bought out Dennis Publishing, owner of news magazine The Week. Exponent has agreed to buy the international media group for an undisclosed sum.
