Relativity Moves Closer to Sale After Settlement with Netflix

New York Post: Relativity Media has settled a dispute with Netflix dating from the studio’s bankruptcy in 2015, paving the way for the Ryan Kavanaugh-created company to emerge from a more recent Chapter 11 filing. Netflix is agreeing to pay $7.2 million primarily for licensing fees it withheld from Relativity.
