IAC Hit with Tinder Lawsuit Over Harassment, Fake Valuation

TechCrunch: A group of Tinder founders and execs has filed a lawsuit against parent company Match and its controlling shareholder IAC. The suit alleges that IAC and Match manipulated financial data to create “a fake lowball valuation.”
