Conde Nast Rising Star Editor Makes Jump to Out Magazine

Wall Street Journal: Phillip Picardi, the chief content officer of Conde Nast’s Teen Vogue, who was a rising star at the magazine publisher, is leaving the company. Picardi will be the editor in chief of Out, a magazine that focuses on LGBTQ fashion, lifestyle and entertainment.
