New York Times Metro Section Braces for Big Staff Shakeout

New York Post: The New York Times metro section is bracing for a shakeout. Eighty-three percent of the Grey Lady’s metro desk — that is, 44 of the 53 of the editors and reporters who cover the city’s local news — are eligible for a wave of voluntary buyouts.
