Time Inc Former Offices to Continue Housing Time Magazine

New York Post: Marc Benioff and his wife, Lynn, completed the $190 million acquisition of Time magazine from Meredith on Thursday. The Benioffs have signed an agreement to keep the title based in the former Time Inc. headquarters — now Meredith’s New York office — in downtown Manhattan.
