Viacom Subleases Manhattan Office Space to Fitness Club

Observer: Blink Fitness is expanding its Manhattan headquarters at 386 Park Avenue South after agreeing to sublease more than 13,000 square feet of space at the NoMad property from Viacom. Blink will be taking over the space from Viacom’s AwesomenessTV.
