American Media Inc Slashes 17 Staffers Across Magazines

New York Post: A newsroom cull at American Media Inc. has materialized. The publisher — which owns the National Enquirer and Radar Online — sucked up Us Weekly last year and Bauer’s In Touch Weekly, Life & Style and Closer this year. Now, the celeb giant laid off 17 staffers, including multi-decade employees.
