TheStreet: Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment has acquired APlus.com, a social and mobile-first platform co-founded and chaired by actor Ashton Kutcher, for $15 million in cash and stock. A Plus “specializes in positive journalism and delivers video stories that bring people together.”
