Hearst Eyes Acquisition of Smaller Newspapers from Tribune

New York Post: Hearst is said to be angling to buy a chunk of Tribune Publishing. In a twist, sources said Hearst doesn’t appear to be interested in Tribune’s biggest papers. Hearst instead is mainly eyeing smaller outfits like the Orlando Sentinel and South Florida’s Sun Sentinel.
