Conde Nast Inks Deal to Sublease Floor at 1 World Trade Center

Crain’s New York Business: Conde Nast finally is offloading some of the space it occupies at 1 World Trade Center. The media company has struck an agreement with a downtown financial firm to sublease a nearly 50,000-square-foot floor in the soaring tower.
