Digital First Media Urges Shareholders Replace Board of Gannett

USA Today: A hedge fund-owned newspaper company is asking shareholders of Gannett to vote for its nominees to Gannett’s board of directors, the latest clash in a battle to control the owner of USA Today and more than 100 other publications.
