Johnson Publishing to Sell Off Assets After Filing for Bankruptcy

Crain’s Chicago Business: The 77-year-old Johnson Publishing, founded by John Johnson, filed in federal bankruptcy court for Chapter 7 liquidation after exhausting efforts to restructure, refinance or sell its operations, the company said. The Chicago company had been struggling for years.
