WikiLeaks Founder Arrested in London as US Awaits Extradition

CNET: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was taken into custody by London’s Metropolitan Police on Thursday at the Ecuadorian Embassy, where he’s been living for almost seven years. Having now left the sanctuary of the embassy, Assange could be extradited to the US.
