Disney in $10 Billion Deal to Sell 21 Sports Networks to Sinclair

MarketWatch: TV-station giant Sinclair Broadcast Group has struck a deal valued at more than $10 billion to acquire 21 regional sports networks from Disney. The agreement is expected to be announced as early as Friday. The deal would instantly make Sinclair a force in cable programming.
