TheStreet OKs Sale Deal with Online Magazine Platform TheMaven

New York Post: The Street, the financial news company started by Jim Cramer, has agreed to sell its last remaining piece to The Maven, a publicly traded platform for online magazines, for $16.5 million. It is doubtful whether Cramer will stay with the firm.
