Washington Post’s Libel Lawsuit from High Schooler is Tossed

Washington Post: A federal judge has dismissed a $250 million libel lawsuit against the Washington Post brought by a high-school student who claimed that the newspaper’s coverage of his encounter with an American Indian archivist at the Lincoln Memorial in January was false and defamatory.
