Viacom CEO to Become Top Boss in Plan for Merger with CBS

Wall Street Journal: CBS and Viacom have reached an agreement on the management team that will lead the combined company in the event of a merger, resolving a question that threatened to stand in the way of a deal. Viacom CEO Bob Bakish will be CEO of the combined company.
