Gannett, GateHouse Offer Details to Offset Concerns for Merger

USA Today: Gannett and GateHouse Media parent New Media Investment Group released more details of its proposed merger, announced Aug. 5, in a move to address concerns about the deal on Wall Street. GateHouse and Gannett shares have fallen since the companies announced the deal.
