Chernin’s Barstool Sports Faces Probe After Anti-Union Tweets

Hollywood Reporter: Dave Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, which is majority owned by the Chernin Group, will have to answer to a charge with the National Labor Relations Board that his recent tweets amounted to an illegal effort to discourage his employees from joining a union.
