Viacom, CBS Top Execs to Take Home Big Bucks in Merger Deal

Wall Street Journal: The merger of Viacom and CBS will be lucrative for the top executives of both companies. Bob Bakish, who will become president and CEO of the combined company, has signed a new contract listing salary, bonuses and other incentives worth about $31 million a year.
