McClatchy at Risk of Stock Delisting as Market Value Declines

Sacramento Bee: McClatchy said it’s facing possible delisting by its stock exchange, NYSE American. The Sacramento-based publisher said it received a warning letter from the exchange, saying the company’s finances had fallen below the minimum standards. McClatchy went from the New York Stock Exchange to its affiliate, NYSE American, in 2017.
