Vice Media, Refinery29 Hope for Survival with Major Merger Deal

Business Insider: This past week, Refinery29 found a savior in the much bigger Vice Media, in a mostly stock acquisition. Both companies are losing money. The theory is that slapping together two unprofitable companies can help both live to see another day.
