Players’ Tribune Faces Many Challenges as Website Eyes Sale

Digiday:  The Players’ Tribune’s editorial department has chose quality over quantity to a degree almost unheard-of in ad-supported digital media. On a good week, the website might publish only five pieces of content. A recent slimming of the editorial team is partly to blame.
