Apple TV in Production-Deal Talks with Former Head of HBO

Wall Street Journal:  Former HBO chairman and CEO Richard Plepler is in advanced talks to sign an exclusive production deal with Apple Inc.’s new TV+ streaming service. Under the terms of the agreement being discussed, Plepler’s new firm, RLP & Co., would create original content for Apple TV+.
