The Wrap Loses Poaching Lawsuit Against Digital News Firm

BuzzFeed News:  A Los Angeles judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by entertainment news website the Wrap, which claimed one of its writers had been “wrongfully poached” by the news site the Information despite a noncompete clause in his contract.
