Conde Nast Appoints New Digital Chief at Vogue in Shake-Up

New York Post:  Sally Singer, a long-time top lieutenant to Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, is out at the Conde Nast flagship as Stuart Emmrich jumps from the Los Angeles Times to head up Vogue.com. Emmrich announced his new job on Twitter on Monday.
