Comcast Promotes Customer Service Czar to Product Officer

Multichannel News:  Comcast top customer service exec Charlie Herri has been promoted to chief product officer and has been put in charge of the operator’s newly combined customer service and product & technology groups. Chief technology officer Matt Zelesko will report to Herrin.
