ViacomCBS Lures Handful of Suitors for Simon & Schuster

New York Post: About 20 inquiries have materialized since ViacomCBS CEO Bob Bakish revealed on March 4 that he wants to sell Simon & Schuster. A source close to the process notes that many of the inquiries will not likely materialize into bidders.
