Gray TV Withdraws Bid to Buy Tegna Over Virus Concerns

Reuters: Gray Television has withdrawn its offer to acquire Tegna because of concerns about the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on U.S. regional TV station operators. Meanwhile, Private-investment firm Najafi and Trinity Broadcasting have offered to take Tegna private.
