Comcast Acquires Walmart’s On-Demand Film Service Vudu

Los Angeles Times: The NBCUniversal-owned Fandango has signed an agreement to acquire Vudu, the video-on-demand service owned by Walmart. Financial details were not disclosed. The company declined to comment further.
