Vox Media’s Curbed Hit with Copyright Lawsuit Over Photo

Law Street: A professional photographer has filed a complaint against Vox Media for copyright infringement. Vox is accused of “unauthorized reproduction of a copyrighted photograph of luxury apartment building Gotham West on 45th Street in New York.”
