Disney’s Streaming Chief Departs to Become CEO of TikTok

Los Angeles Times: Kevin Mayer, the chairman of Disney’s streaming business, is leaving the company to run the fast-growing mobile video app TikTok. Mayer will become CEO of TikTok, as well as COO of its Chinese parent company ByteDance.
